Established & founded by Sh. S.K Gupta, an Ex-Executive of French Bank – Banquet National De Paris (BNP) with merely having any experience of the Real Estate. The firm was born on the basis of 3 fundamentals ‘HONESTY, SINCERITY & PASSION towards its work and clients. Within a few years, Guptasons created its market and was working with India’s largest companies, banks, financial institutions.

Unlike other consultants, we don’t work in all markets and all verticals like Residential, Office Leasing, IT, Education, Healthcare, Industrial but specialize in INVESTMENT ADVISORY, RETAIL LEASING and HOTEL TRANSACTIONS. Guptasons is an independent firm that doesn’t claim to be the biggest but yes we do emphasize to be the very best with every transaction that we mature. Our objective is not only to achieve a successful transaction but to create a win-win situation for all parties involved, that’s the reason, our transactions are backed by thorough Surveys and Research.

Mr. Sudhir Kr. Gupta, as the founder proprietor of Guptasons has driven the firm successfully for last 20 years and created a nationally recognized brand

Born and brought up in Solan, Himachal Pradesh and shifted to Delhi in 1965 and completed his Graduation in Science. Started his career with Syndicate Bank and served for 11 years. Later on he was selected by BNP Bank to establish their first branch in Delhi and worked there for good 9 years. After rich experience of 20 years of banking industry, he felt the requirement of having professional in most unorganized sector of Indian Industry – Real Estate. Thus in 1991, GUPTASONS was born. Since then, he has been working rather educating clients about the need of the experts to manage their hard-earned income and how to make their money work for them.

Vishal Gupta

Vishal is an alumnus of University of Phoenix, Arizona, US. He did his intern with HDFC Bank and started his career with Aerens Group under the direct

guidance of the MD. He was responsible for various initiatives such as Finance, Marketing, Appointment of Channel Partners, Innovation & Value Additions to the new projects within the organization. After gaining experience with them, he joined Guptasons. That time, India liberalized to open economy and retail market emerged quickly. Vishal not only designed the expansion plans but was also instrumental in turning the group into Retail Leasing. He is a well known young member in this industry who has worked for more than 50 brands and 125 shopping malls in India.He is also responsible to divert the group’s earnings into profitable ventures.

Sameer Gupta

Sameer graduated from Delhi University and completed MBA in marketing from IIPM.His inclination towards technology inspired him to complete Higher

National Diploma (HND) in computing from Tata InfoTech, affiliated with Edexcel University, UK and achieved a difficult milestone by obtaining 3rd rank across India. After Post Graduation, he started his career with renowned developer and hotelier “Eros Group” looking after the sales of their commercial tower. Later on, he was picked up by International Consultant “Colliers”. His experience of working in Real Estate and Hotels led him to give a new dimension to the firm by introducing Hotel Transactions. After the initial hiccups, today he is working for more than 35 brands in almost all cities. He is also responsible to strategize the groups advertizing policies and IT.
